1. Service agreement
EdgeLocal SEO services are provided month-to-month unless the client selects a prepaid six-month or twelve-month billing term. The selected payment method is charged automatically according to the billing schedule displayed at checkout.
Monthly clients may cancel by providing at least 30 days written notice through the EdgeLocal contact form. Service continues during the notice period. Prepaid terms remain active through the prepaid service period unless otherwise required by law or the guarantee below.
2. 90-day ranking improvement guarantee
If the agreed tracked garage door keyword set shows no measurable ranking improvement during the first 90 days of active campaign execution, EdgeLocal SEO will refund service fees paid for that 90-day period, subject to the following conditions:
- Measurable improvement means at least one agreed tracked keyword improves by three or more positions in Google Maps or organic search.
- The 90-day period begins when the first campaign optimization is published, not the checkout date.
- The client provides required Google Business Profile and website access within five business days.
- The client supplies requested approvals within seven calendar days.
- The guarantee does not apply while a Google Business Profile is suspended or a site is affected by unresolved manual penalties, material spam history, client-created changes, or circumstances outside EdgeLocal’s control.
- Refunds cover eligible EdgeLocal service fees only and exclude third-party expenses.
3. Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. One-time setup fees are charged at checkout. Recurring plan charges follow the selected billing term. Failed payments may pause campaign work until the account becomes current.
4. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, and honest authorization for any content, review, location, or business claim supplied to EdgeLocal. Delayed access or approvals may delay delivery and the guarantee start date.
5. Search-engine changes
Search rankings fluctuate and are controlled by third-party platforms. EdgeLocal does not guarantee a specific position, number of leads, or revenue result. The 90-day guarantee is limited to the measurable movement described above.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeLocal’s total liability related to the service is limited to the fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
